I gather the impression that Turkey is a country with old traditions,lots of interesting historical places,very kind people and excellent food.
All people we met in Turkey were very friendly,kind and hardworking.I made a lot of new friends.Our team is wonderful.For me it was a big pleasure to meet all of you,my dear friends-Marisol,Sheryl,Aga,Raul,Olivier,and you-Murat.
Your headmaster,all teachers,your students and their parents were taking care for us within these great five days,that we spent in Turkey.All activities we did and all places we saw were absolutely amazing.
The most important thing for us were the meetings with your students.I think that they are very open minded,sociable and sweet.The materials in the Comenius room and the games that they played were very original.
Your food was very very delicious and similar to ours.We saw a lot of interesting historical places in Iskenderun,Dorytol,Antakya and Belen.
In our Comenius meetings we discussed everything
about the project and laughed a lot.
It is a pleasure for me to work with hardworking and funny colleagues like all of you,my dear friends!

In the following text we will show you some traditional bulgarian games:

1.The fist game is called "The Cat and the Mouse".It's a very funny game for the kids.Here are the rules:

All children make a big circle.They choose one of them to be the "mouse" and other who is the "cat".The mouse stands in the middle of the circle.The kids help the mouse to run away from the cat.The cat is running very fast behind the mouse.When the cat catches the mouse children change their turn.

"Kids forget traditional street games"
By participating in this Comenius project we want to broaden our students horizons,to get them to know other cultures and customs.For us this project is a way to be in contact with other countries and schools and exchange interesting ideas,games and experiences.It will help students aware other cultures and promote the respect for other people.The teachers will be able to meet and share their experiences within education in their countries.
The games are part of children's street culture.With them kids are learn how to work in a team,make friends and mostly how to have fun.We are very motivated,because we want our children to be more open in relationships and tolerant and also practise their foreign languages.
We realize that the games gives the kids beautiful smiles.Every smile makes our world better and happier:)

We are happy to share our traditional games and experiences with people form other countries.We are pleased to participate in this lovely project.

Sveti Nikola School is situated in the centre of Stara Zagora.The school is founded on the 1st of March in 1841.Now it's a modern and progressive school in Stara Zagora.In" Sveti Nikola School" are studying 95o sudents.Our school brings together the children (6-13 years old)from different sections in our city and nearer villages.In our school you will meet our highly experienced and professional teachers.

Our school aims are:

The city of straight streets, linden trees, and poets!

Short information about Stara Zagora
Stara Zagora is one of the most ancient cities in Europe.Proof of this can be found in the abundant remains of the prehistoric settlements in the city and around it.Two dwellings from the Neolithic Age(6th millennium B.C),the best preserved in Europe,have been uncovered within the ciy limits.

Contemporary Stara Zagora is the successor to the Roman town of Augusta Trayana,founded in the second century AD by the Roman Emperor Marcus Ulpius Traianus.It was the second most significant city in the Poman province of Thrace.After 812 the city,then called Beroe,was included within the borders of the Medieval Bulgarian state.

During the war of Liberation in 1877 the town was completely destroyed.The first symbolic foundation stone for Stara Zagora's restoration was laid on October the 5th,1879.
Nowdays the 5th of October is the Day of Stara Zagora.

The city was rebuilt on plans designed by the Czech architect Lyubor Bayer,which turned it into the first modern-looking Bulgarian city after the Liberation.

Today Stara Zaora is a beautiful and dynamically developing city,the centre of the minicipality and the region,hosting a university and other scientific and cultural institutions.

The ancient names of our city are:Beroe,Augusta Traiana,Vereya,Irinopolis,Boruy,Eski Zagra,Zheleznik and STARA ZAGORA.
